How to Check Your Coverage:
We recommend reviewing your insurance policy carefully to confirm how mental health services are listed (sometimes under “psychotherapy,” “social work,” or “counseling”). Be sure to check:

The fee coverage per session (Intake vs. Regular).
-
The total number of sessions covered annually.
-
Whether prior approval or a referral from your physician is required.

I am listed with most major insurance providers, including:
-

-
Provider Connect: (Greenshield Canada, Empire Life, MEDIC, SSQ)

Risk of harm to yourself or others.
