My Mindfulness Journey

For decades, practices of mindfulness have been shown by studies to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and increase tolerance of emotional and physical pain. Therefore, I dedicate this space to resources that reveal my own journey with mindfulness over the past 7 years. These are all resources I have used more than one time.
